Rhythm + Waves Portugal 2026 Ambassador - Terms & Conditions

1. How the Programme Works

As an Ambassador, you will receive a personal referral link. Anyone who purchases a ticket using your link is counted toward your reward total. You can track your sales anytime through your Easol ambassador account.

2. Reward Structure

You will receive the following rewards when you reach the corresponding number of confirmed, paid-for ticket sales through your unique link:

Sell 10 tickets → 1× General Admission Ticket

Sell 15 tickets → 2× VIP Upgrades

Sell 20 tickets → 2× Golden Upgrades

Notes:

• Rewards are granted only after sales are fully confirmed and paid for (including payment plan sales)

• Rewards may not be exchanged for cash.

• Festival management reserves the right to verify all referral sales.

3. Advertising & Promotion Rules

To keep the programme fair, ambassadors must follow these promotional rules:

3.1 You may NOT:

• Advertise or post your referral link on any official R+W Festival Name channels, including our:

- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook page or groups
- Website
- Any other official platforms run by the festival

• Mislead buyers or make false claims about the festival or the rewards

• Use paid ads that impersonate or appear to be official festival advertisements

• Spam messages, comment sections, or communities

3.2 You MAY:

• Share your referral link on your personal social media, stories, bios, private messages, or communities where you have permission.

• Create your own content, photos, or videos promoting the festival (as long as it is clearly ambassador content-see section 4)

4. Mandatory Legal Disclosure

Because you receive benefits for promoting the festival, you are legally required to clearly disclose this whenever you promote your referral link.

You must include a disclosure such as but not limited to:

• “Parceria com R+W Festival”

• “Partner of R+W Festival”

• #Affiliate

This disclosure must be visible and obvious in every post, reel, TikTok, caption, story, or message where you use your referral link.

Failure to disclose may result in immediate removal from the programme.

5. Conduct & Representation

By participating, you agree to:

• Represent the festival respectfully

• Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content

• Follow platform community guidelines

• Only use accurate information about the festival dates, location, artist line-up, and ticket types.

• Stop promoting the festival if requested by us for any reason

6. Data & Privacy

To participate, you agree that the festival may process necessary data such as:

• Your name and contact information

• Your referral-link performance

• Your reward status

This is solely for tracking the programme and will be handled in compliance with GDPR.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any ambassador from the programme at any time if:

• Rules are broken

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

• Required disclosures are not used

• Behaviour negatively affects the festival

• Rewards from fraudulent or invalid sales will not be honoured.

8. Agreement

By creating an ambassador account via https://www.rhythmandwaves.com/sign-up, you confirm that:

• You understand and accept all Ambassador Programme terms

• You understand and accept all general festival Terms and Conditions - https://www.rhythmandwaves.com/terms_and_conditions 

• You will follow the advertising and disclosure rules

• You acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from the programme and loss of rewards
